It was not a service dog in the sense that it was all over the place–on my feet and in the aisle where it tripped a stewardess more than once and she told him it couldn’t be in the aisle. So it pushed over to my seat because the guy was just to big to share his legroom. It shredded napkins the man dropped which a trained dog would not do. it bounced his tray table up causing him to drop his two vodkas. I had to have the stewardess tell him to move his arm and body out of my seat so I could stow my tray for landing. When waiting for my ride outside the dog was off lease and ran into the pickup lanes where the man had to chase him down. A true service dog would never behave like that.”

Let’s start with booking and the lack of knowledge, inability to listen and respond in an appropriate manner, and the fact that after I asked to speak to a manager due to the previous issues with the agent, and after being transferred all I needed was some understanding and support due to a family emergency and instead I get a short rude push back and then hung up on by the manager after I expressed my struggle and desperation for help. The lack of empathy and just the overall experience was beyond horrible, and if it wasn’t for the desperate situation I was in I would have never used your services.”

Even at the star alliance gold checkin desk the agent was clearly unhappy/furious (seem to be ongoing issues with the system/ machine frustrating him) and was consistently abrupt and cold though our interaction. He did help by lifting bags onto weigh and to press buttons to get the tickets issued, but I would have a much better experience of United if he has shown any sign of warmth or even smiled. I was struggling with a baby in a carrier, and several suitcase, and he didn’t show any sign of humanity. The guy who labeled our bags was a bit nicer. The team overal though just barked instructions at the customers, never looked them in the eyes, and seemed to all hate their jobs. We got our boarding passes issues successfully, yes, but I felt on pins and needles like I had to be very careful not to offend anyone…. Which I don’t think is what you want your passengers to feel at the start of a flight.”

In my arrival to check my bags for my flight is when I became aware of your 45 minute check in policy. If this is a policy you so strictly enforce, then it should also be just as strongly communicated to your customers. However the worst was the terrible customer service. The associates your company employ have no empathy for your customers and lack the proper respect for individuals that represent your company. I asked to speak with a manager who never showed up, after waiting 2 hours I was given an email address, which I did have to use to reach her. I lost the $179 I paid for a flight I missed, took time from work and didn’t go on my trip.”

The seat I had on this flight was a little lumpy in the lumbar region. Since Frontier is now on TSA PreCheck I am more likely to fly them. I would not consider them before.”

If you change your seat there’s an additional charge for that. Also, I do like the fact that the airline charges for non-alcoholic beverages. I’m not sure if they charged for water, but they charge $2.99 for a regular sized can of Coke. I think that leaves the public with the feeling that they’re being ripped off. Not good.”

Pros: “Forewarned is forearmed. The last time I flew Frontier with my husband we swore never again after we got socked with an unexpected charge for carry-on baggage. Since we drove up for an emergency and I needed to fly home to accommodate my work schedule I had to bite my tongue and get the cheapest fare. Having only my purse as my traveling companion was a plus and I brought my own food, which was the envy of many on the plane. I would never use them to travel for a real vacation, but if you have to go in a pinch and can leave everything behind they are CHEAP enough to get the job done.”

If its for a short flight maybe you can brass it out otherwise do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a better seat. Nothing is free, so bring your own snacks and drinks. Nuff said.”
